The state of Oregon now requires all MMA fighters to acquire a Mixed Martial Arts Competitor's License. If you are interested in fighting in an MMA event, Please download the MMA Application, and follow the instructions below:

All fighters need blood work before they fight, Hep B, Hep C and HIV. Must be negative results on all three tests.
Blood work must be done once a year, call Request A Test at 1-888-732-2348 for a 2 day turn around for all three blood tests. The test cost $99 dollars.
